3. Orders & Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order only before the parcel is handed over to the logistics carrier. Once shipped, order cancellation is no longer available.
  • If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment account.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All shipping, delivery time, return eligibility, inspection process and refund timeline are governed by our separate International Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will be initiated via Lianlian Global Payment after approval, generally arriving within 7 working days.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics or force majeure events are not our liability.
